Our client is an established MNC located is seeking for Supply Chain Executive (Planning). Job Responsibilities: Plan for supply of finished from co-packers and place POs in JDE to activate production at co-packers. Validate PO in the system to ensure pricing is correct. Manage inventory level at all warehouses and co-packers to ensure the target level is optimal and aligned to supply chain buffer. Ensure supply are brought into the warehouse on time to support sales forecast. Track forecast accuracy. Manage supplier performance via KPI and track PO vs actual. Work closely with supplier and take preventive action to avoid material shortage that will impact production plan. Work with supplier on new product timeline, supply and ensure launch is on time. Assist management to identify cost saving opportunities. Cost comparison between existing supplier and new supplier to ensure competitiveness. Involve in new contract and contract renewal. Communicate and work with multi-functional team effectively to ensure smooth execution of duties and timely resolution of issues. Drive weekly cross functional meetings to review operational issues. Continuous process improvement & metrics tracking. Job Requirements: Degree in relevant field Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience with focus in supply planning and subcontracting environment. Good business acumen with strong planning background. Procurement experiennce a bonus. A strong negotiator who can manage internal and external customers. Able to multi-task in a fast pace environment with a short lead time. Sharp with numbers and attentive to details. Good communication skills and able to resolve enquiries and problems effectively.
