Senior Human Resources Specialist (1 year contract) Job Description: Working hours: 9am to 6pm Senior Human Resources Specialist (1 year contract) Objective: Provide HR & Admin. support on a wide range of services including but not limiting to talent acquisition, training, performance management, compensation and benefits, payroll, employee engagement and social welfare. Play an integral role to suggest/design/implement best practices and participates actively in HR projects and initiatives Responsibilities: Assess various staffing needs to determine methods to address current and future conditions, including retention management, realignment, recruitment planning, and career development Responsible for day-to-day HR operational function including but not limiting to payroll processing, benefits, statutory claims/survey, insurance, work pass administration, on/off boarding, drafting of HR/employment related letters and timely submission of reports Manage and facilitate performance management system/campaigns Develop training plans and identify learning opportunities for employee development Provide guidance and operational support to the local HR team in SEA Participate in the draft/review and implementation of polices, procedures and program initiative Support general office administration duties as and when required Requirements: Minimum Diploma in HR, Business Administration or equivalent from a recognized tertiary institution Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience from a MNC environment Good knowledge in Singapore Employment Act Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion Proficient in Microsoft office applications (Intermediate Advanced level Microsoft Excel) and any payroll system (EasyPay preferred) A team player with initiative and good interpersonal skills Plan, organize, and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced Environment Please submit your updated resume in Word format by using the Apply Now Button.
