Overall Responsibilities: Perform incoming inspections/analysis or 1st article inspection on raw materials/components according to written procedures and spec control drawings. Maintain instrument calibration system, documentation and procedures Will apply world-class techniques (Six Sigma, Anova, Taguchi, SPC, Gauge R&R etc.) to ensure the development of robust, predictive quality systems which are easily transferable and maintainable in a production environment. Prepares and utilizes basic hand tools and machines including but not limited to power screwdriver, ruler, soldering iron, clamp machine, heat gun, solder pot, crimpers, pinning machine and automatic wire strippers. Manage and maintain the QA laboratory. Support the internal/supplier auditing function to ISO Quality System requirements. Audit/review/approve final product/assemblies prior to acceptance into finished goods inventory; process associated shop folder documentation. Coordinate the day-to-day inspection support for validation requirements and ensure completion of inspection requirements to ensure timely completion of project timelines. Create Certifications of Analysis/ Conformance, as required. Meet daily quality inspection output & quality requirements. Perform any other duties assigned by superiors. Requirements: Minimum ITE/ Diploma preferably in Engineering courses Basic understanding/ reading of CAD drawings Microsoft Office skills required. Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
