To be responsible for all aspects of HR, including recruitment, GOSI, LMRA, and maintaining employee files. It includes administrative areas such as office management, facilities management, and policy development. Responsibilities:

  1. Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
  2. Perform full spectrum of recruitment functions including candidate sourcing, interview arrangement, and hiring procedures.
  3. Facilitate new recruits onboarding by conducting an induction session, ensuring the completion of required documentation and medical fitness checks.
  4. Complete the Visa, GOSI, Tamkeen, and other requirements.
  5. Monitor & follow-up for all probationary staff monthly appraisal reviews until the new hire is confirmed.
  6. Employee welfare arrangement including arranging for any company event, welfare entitlement, and medical-related issues.
  7. Ensure employee data is kept up-to-date in the system.
  8. Monitor & report attendance, leave application record management, assist in misconduct investigation, and performance appraisal exercise (for non-executive positions and below).
  9. Ensure smooth and safe daily operations by maintaining sufficient stock for stationery, printing requirements, and office necessities.
  10. Ensure vendors’ compliance with relevant organization and authorities’ SOPs.
  11. Highlight irregularities and unacceptable standards or conduct, following up with necessary rectifications.
  12. Prepare payroll processing, payday, employee claims, overtime, and statutory payments before the due date.
  13. Assist in the application, renewal, and maintenance of all relevant business operational licenses & authorities’ permits.
  14. Renew and maintain all tenancy/leasing agreements.
  15. Reservation and setup of meeting and board meeting rooms.
  16. Arrange and coordinate travel itineraries, bookings, visas, accommodation, and travel-related matters.
  17. Organize company events, trips, meetings, and training.
Qualifications:
  1. Minimum of Bachelor's degree in any field.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Aware of Bahrain Labor Law, Tamkeen, and LMRA regulations.
  4. Proficient in managing multiple tasks and in maintaining employee relations.
  5. Excellent planning and organization skills.
