The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, establishing, and nurturing strategic partnerships within the SaaS marketplace ecosystem. This role demands excellent communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to analyze market trends to develop tailored partnership strategies that drive growth and success in the marketplace. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Research and identify key partnership opportunities within the marketplace to drive business growth and expand market presence.
  2. Develop and execute strategic partnership plans aimed at increasing revenue and enhancing company visibility within the SaaS marketplace.
  3. Lead the identification and engagement of potential marketplace partners, building strong, long-term relationships.
  4. Establish trust and ensure value alignment with both existing and potential marketplace partners to maximize partnership outcomes.
  5. Present and deliver compelling partnership proposals that align with business goals and enhance revenue generation opportunities.
  6. Meet and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and strategic growth objectives.
  7. Analyze marketplace trends, competition, and customer needs to uncover new opportunities and optimize partnership strategies.
  8. Provide insights and recommendations to improve products, services, or sales strategies.
  9. Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., product, marketing, operations) to align partnership strategies with overall company goals and objectives.
  10. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met.
  11. Prepare regular reports on partnership & sales performance, and market trends & analysis.
  12. Track progress toward partnership goals, suggesting improvements to strategies and optimizing processes to meet targets.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 1 year of experience in partnership development, business development, sales, or a similar role, with a proven record of meeting sales targets and driving new business.
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  4. Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  6. Familiarity with SaaS and marketplace dynamics is highly desirable.
