The QA Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging training programs for various roles in the QA organization of the Riyadh office, from Junior QA tester to QA Manager. Qualities of this role are strong training sessions design, communication, and a passion for growing talent. Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques and formats, such as in-class workshops, webinars, and e-learning modules in the field of video games QA.
Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, handouts, and multimedia visual aids.
Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps in skills, knowledge, and competencies.
Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue setup, equipment preparation, occasional external contributors, and participant registration.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, performance assessments, and other relevant metrics, and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure that training content remains accurate, relevant, and aligned with organizational goals and policies.
Maintain accurate records of training activities and assessment results to track progress.
Provide one-on-one coaching and support to trainees as needed to reinforce learning and address individual training needs.

Requirements

Experience in designing and delivering training programs. 2 to 3 years.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Business proficiency in English (Arabic language will be an asset).
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
An interest in video games will be an asset.
