Job Title: Chocolate Arranger Job Description: As a Chocolate Arranger , your primary responsibility is to design and arrange chocolates in aesthetically pleasing ways that enhance the consumer experience. You will work closely with other team members to create chocolate displays for events, stores, or promotional purposes. You will need a good sense of design, an understanding of consumer appeal, and an ability to work with different types of chocolates and edible decorations. Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Create Chocolate Displays: Arrange chocolates in a visually appealing way for retail spaces, events, or photo shoots. Work with different types of chocolates (dark, milk, white, artisanal, truffles) and other edible elements (like nuts, fruits, or edible gold) to enhance the display. Develop themes for specific occasions, such as holidays, corporate events, weddings, and other special events.
2. Maintain Quality and Freshness: Ensure that chocolates are stored and handled properly to maintain their quality, taste, and appearance. Ensure all arrangements meet hygiene standards and quality control.
3. Collaboration and Customization: Collaborate with chefs, event coordinators, or marketing teams to create unique, custom chocolate arrangements for clients. Provide clients with recommendations for custom arrangements based on their preferences or event themes.
4. Set Up for Events and Displays: Arrange chocolate displays and set up interactive chocolate stations or gift baskets for events, weddings, and corporate functions. Oversee and manage the visual setup, ensuring all chocolate products are presented in a professional and attractive manner.
5. Inventory Management: Keep track of the inventory of chocolates, decorations, and other materials needed for arrangements. Report on stock levels and order supplies as necessary to ensure timely production.
6. Customer Interaction: Work directly with clients, providing advice on suitable chocolate selections and arrangements. Ensure that any customized orders are executed to meet client expectations.
7. Stay Updated on Trends: Keep up-to-date with chocolate trends, display techniques, and new products. Experiment with new designs, decorations, and creative ideas for chocolate arrangements.

• Creative Flair: Strong artistic skills to design and create visually attractive chocolate arrangements.
• Attention to Detail: Precision in arranging chocolates to achieve a polished and professional appearance.
• Knowledge of Chocolate Types and Handling: Understanding of various types of chocolates, their flavors, textures, and how to best present them.
• Customer Service Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to understand their needs.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage inventory, plan setups, and coordinate multiple tasks at once.
• Experience: Experience in food styling, chocolate making, or a similar creative culinary role is beneficial.

• A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in culinary arts or pastry design may be preferred.
• Previous experience in the food industry, specifically in chocolate making, confectionery, or event planning, is an advantage.

• Typically works in a kitchen or food preparation environment, with a focus on creative and precise chocolate arrangements.
• May be required to work evenings, weekends, or holidays, especially when preparing for special events or busy seasons like holidays.

• Salary: Full package of 3,000 QAR per month.
