JOB PURPOSE As part of the sales team, the primary role of this position is to maximize sales volume, minimize stales, achieve distribution targets, implement agreed merchandising standards, collect accounts receivable, and maintain high levels of customer service. Operating procedures must be followed to ensure continuity of standards across the KSA to support these primary job functions. Additionally, the salesman will provide his supervisor with the latest market information to develop any sales opportunities. The salesman will be required to attend training courses designed to improve levels of professionalism and customer service and complete a daily debriefing with his supervisor. - Sell the full range of products to an agreed list of customers, measured against previously agreed targets.
- Ensure levels of stales are below the agreed target provided by the supervisor.
- Provide service approved by the supervisor, maintaining call frequency and daily route plans to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Carry out daily and weekly vehicle checks as per operating procedures, maintaining the sales vehicle in a clean and roadworthy condition.
- Agree order requirements for the next selling period daily.
- Maintain individual customer stock levels to minimize out-of-stock problems.
- Implement agreed in-store merchandising communicated by the supervisor.
- Advise the supervisor of any relevant competitor activity.
- Reconcile all cheques, cash, and credit sales daily, ensuring zero stock and cash shortages.
- Maintain a high standard of grooming and presentation at all times.
- Obey driving regulations and maintain a high standard of driving.

- Zero cash & stock shortages.
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE / COMPETENCIES REQUIRED- Customer service skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Analytical skills.
