Riyadh, Saudi Arabia | Posted on 01/29/2024 We are seeking management consulting professionals at the Associate/Senior Consultant levels with a total experience of 4 to 6 years, including at least 2 to 3 years in the management consulting industry. As part of our management consulting team, we are looking for individuals who have a proven track record and a strong commitment to delivering value to our clients. The majority of the engagements will be in GCC countries, particularly in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Here are the general expectations for this:Generate key hypotheses and independently structure work at a stream level.Draw well-integrated conclusions and insights.Construct storylines at the workstream level.Engage the audience with verbal communication and presentations.Direct junior members of the team.Develop effective working relationships with mid-level client management.Assess client agenda, internal culture, and change readiness with guidance.Proactively seek opportunities to support proposal preparation.Identify client challenges and formulate ideas on opportunities to leverage Maven Insights' capabilities.Develop Intellectual Capital from client work with senior oversight.Proactively seeks opportunities to lead projects.RequirementsPast experience in the below domains is desirable:Digital transformationHuman resources consultancyProduct management consultancyProcess improvementPerformance managementProject management Successful candidates who join our team will have the opportunity to: Expand their horizons by assisting leading enterprises in solving challenging business issues.Gain experience in breakthrough business thinking and methodologies employed by a proven, experienced, and highly motivated team.Work in diverse cultures and industries, and enjoy accelerated professional growth with an international presence.
