工作職責 Responsibilities:
Full set of Ocean Freight forwarding operations;
Handle inquiries from overseas offices, agents, customers
Collaborate with sales team in selling cycles to achieve the business deals
Complete the month end closing within the deadline, ensure all sales and expenses in system
Report to Ocean Freight Manager
Job Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above;
Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese; Fluency in Putonghua is preferable
At least 3-5 years of related experience;
High proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power-point
Excellent team spirit & willing to work under pressure
Candidate with more experience may consider as Supervisor
