Talent Acquisition Partner (Technical Recruiter) People & Culture Full-time Hybrid Job Description This is a hybrid role working from our Melbourne or Sydney locations. Please confirm you are happy to attend the office 3 days per week. Responsibilities Work collaboratively with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, particularly in a startup or scale-up environment. Source, screen, and interview candidates for software engineering positions. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Qualifications Experience working in Recruitment at a Tech startup or Scaleup. Proven experience as a dedicated technology recruiter hiring software engineers. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
