Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Science subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) to students in middle and high school (classes VI-X).
• Simplify complex scientific concepts and create an interactive, engaging, and practical learning experience.
• Develop and deliver lesson plans in alignment with the CBSE curriculum.
• Create innovative teaching aids, presentations, and activities to enhance learning.
• Design and conduct periodic tests, quizzes, and assignments to evaluate student understanding.
• Provide constructive feedback and guide students based on their performance.
• Identify and address the learning needs of each student, offering personalized support where needed.
• Keep up-to-date with changes in the CBSE syllabus and incorporate them into teaching methodologies.
• Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom.
• Motivate students to actively participate in discussions and activities.
• Provide regular updates to parents about their child’s progress and areas of improvement.

Required Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science (Physics/Chemistry/Biology) or Education. B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification is preferred. Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience (CBSE curriculum preferred). Excellent classroom management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and parents. Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
