Trade Tested - Maintenance Supervisor

Are you an experienced maintenance professional with a knack for leading teams? We're looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep of our Malmesbury facility and ensure everything runs smoothly.

What You'll Do:

Perform and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance.

Supervise and guide the maintenance team, fostering a positive work environment.

Respond promptly to breakdowns and ensure accurate downtime reporting.

Maintain high standards of quality and site housekeeping.

Ensure compliance with SHEQ, OSH Act, and food safety standards.

What You Need:

Grade 12 qualification.

Millwright or Electrician trade test.

3–5 years of electrical/mechanical experience.

3–5 years of supervisory experience.

Expertise in electrical and mechanical maintenance, refrigeration, plumbing, and procurement processes.

Strong leadership skills and a proactive attitude.
