Finance Business Partner required for Top Tier Law firm D2

This prestigious international law firm is looking for a Finance Business Partner to join their dynamic team. The Finance Business Partner will play a crucial role in providing financial information, tools, analysis, insight, and support to leadership, driving better financial performance and cash flow. Key Responsibilities :

1. Preparation of monthly management reports, including insight, analysis, and commentary on financial performance.
2. Preparation of annual and semi-annual plans and forecasts, challenging financial growth ambitions and assumptions.
3. Collaborating with users to enhance the impact of operational reporting on financial performance.
4. Presenting financial information monthly at department and practice group leader meetings.
5. Preparation of weekly operational reports and monitoring WIP and Debtor Lock-Up levels.
6. Introducing and enhancing commercial procedures to improve financial performance.
7. Providing periodic financial skills training and supporting the month-end billing process.

Key Skills and Requirements :

1. 3rd level qualification in a related field, ACA / ACCA preferred.
2. Minimum 2-3 years previous finance experience within a corporate organization.
3. FP&A experience highly advantageous.
4. Excellent analytical, technical, and accounting skills.
5. High level of commercial and business awareness.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Strong growth mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
