Marine Superintendent

Main Activities: Monitor, arrange and manage Class, Flag and other certificates renewal. Prepare, arrange and attend to surveys by Class and oil terminals Manage assigned vessels including all Crewing related issues. Conduct inspection of vessels (deck and engine) as and when possible with photos report. Prepare, manage and monitor of vessels repair, maintenance and dry-docking as and when necessary. Monitor OPEX and justifying variances Operation matters such as cargo hoses, mooring ropes, deck stores and indentation Analytical and proactive in technical troubleshooting and problem solving. Qualifications / Experience Candidates should possess a tertiary education, with 3 - 5 years' experience in a similar capacity in the maritime industry. Must possess technical knowledge of ship repair. Tanker seagoing experience as a Chief Engineer or Second Engineer (at least COC Class 1 or 2), or at least 2 year of experience as technical superintendent for oil tankers will be an added advantage Willing to go on board ship #J-18808-Ljbffr
