eCommerce Account Manager - FMCG

eCommerce Account Manager FMCG Hybrid/2 days in the London office £50-70k +£5k Car allowance + Performance Bonus Our client, an FMCG brand is rapidly expanding across Europe, they are looking for an experienced eCommerce Account Manager to join their growing team. Working within a highly talented Sales team, you will be responsible for onboarding and growing their eCommerce accounts to optimise the brands digital portfolio. Responsibilities :

• Manage and work with eRetailers to expand product distribution.
• Maintain strong relationships with eRetailers, looking for opportunities to grow the accounts.
• Work with eRetailers to identify customer demands to manage NPD process.
• Win new eRetailer accounts to grow the brands digital portfolio.
• Conduct competitor research, to ensure the brand is positioned in the best way.
• Be a spokesperson for the brand in trade customer meetings and events.
• Review sales and ensure targets are being met.

• Proven experience managing eCommerce accounts in the FMCG industry.
• Proven experience in Amazon Marketplace
• University degree level or equivalent, Business or Marketing related degree is preferred.
• Valid Driving license to be able to drive in both UK and Europe.
• Strong communication skills
