Snow Sports School Lead Supervisor

This role is a rare opportunity to join the leadership team within the Snow Sports School. The role is full-time for the 2025 winter season. We are specifically looking for team members who are a good fit with our values and who will add to the amazing experience & knowledge of our returning team. Please note this position is anticipated to begin no earlier than May 2025. We are seeking team members with demonstrated leadership experience, a calm and stable approach and the ability to thrive working in a fast-paced environment where thinking on your feet is key. The ideal candidate will enjoy problem solving, relationship building and working in a close-knit team to help facilitate our instructors having the best experience possible. Operating across two mountains, our vibrant teaching school attracts instructors from around the globe, all driven by a passion for teaching and a dedication to providing exceptional experiences for our guests. The bulk of our lessons cater to children and beginner adults, and so we're seeking leaders who are passionate about helping create amazing experiences, even for our smallest guests. We are looking for supervisors who are motivated to support others achieve their goals and help develop along their chosen pathway. Fun is crucial to our team morale, and we are looking for supervisors who can champion this culture.

We're looking for someone who has:

• NZSIA Level 2 and above, or equivalent
• 5 full-time seasons experience
• Demonstrated experience in supervising and leading teams in the snow sports industry
