- On-the-job training in Housekeeping, Front Office, Restaurants & Bar, and Kitchen operations.
- Able to communicate effectively in English with both internal and external guests. Additional language of Mandarin, German, Russian, or French will be an advantage.
- Ability to work in a multicultural team with a flexible work schedule in shifts and during weekends.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly as per the Four Seasons benchmark standards of service.
- Able to use computers and other hospitality systems; training will be provided.
