Quality Manager - Home Appliances

Job Description

• Oversee the implementation and adherence to quality control standards for home appliances.
• Supervise the quality control team in inspecting raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
• Develop and maintain quality control policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company quality objectives.
• Identify and address quality issues by implementing corrective and preventive measures.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and logistics teams to resolve quality-related concerns.
• Perform routine audits and inspections of production lines and processes.
• Monitor and analyze quality control metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present detailed quality reports to senior management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in quality control management, preferably in home appliances or manufacturing.
• In-depth knowledge of quality standards, inspection techniques, and testing procedures.
• Strong understanding of ISO standards and other industry-specific certifications.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Leadership capabilities to manage and motivate the quality control team.
• Proficiency in quality control tools, methodologies, and software.
• Attention to detail with a focus on maintaining consistent product quality.
• Preferred: Experience with electrical appliance manufacturing processes.
