Job Purpose: Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mobility Specialist to join our team. As part of the Mobility team seeking to continuously improves consultants experience from prehire/transfer on assignment and end of assignment life cycle. Qualification And Experience
- A Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field is typically required.
- Experience : 45 years of experience in global mobility human resources or a related field is often required. Experience with international assignments relocation management or immigration is particularly valuable.
- Strong understanding of global immigration tax regulations relocation processes and also
- Immigration and Work Permits : Manage the visa and work permit processes ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Relocation Management : Plan and execute relocation strategies for employees including housing and transportation.
- Taxation and Compliance : Provide guidance on tax implications and ensure compliance with local tax laws for employees on assignment.
- Travel Coordination : Oversee travel arrangements including flights accommodations and any other logistical support needed for assignments.
- Vendor Management ( Immigrations and Logistic Requirements) : Coordinate with external service providers such as relocation agencies immigration employees tax advisorsPPE Vendors and/or Training Vendors to ensure highquality service delivery.
- Policy Development : Develop and implement mobility and adminstration policies that align with organizational goals and legal requirements.
