Key Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with internal and external teams to drive maintenance best practice and improvements.
• Mentor and support staff within the facility team to optimize efficiency.
• Cross-functionally engage teams to share knowledge and implement improvements.
• Maintain and continuously upskill knowledge in compliance across high-risk facilities.
• Manage and report on quarterly and annual budgets for upcoming maintenance and projects.

To be successful in this role, you must have strong leadership capabilities, health and safety knowledge, and the ability to work autonomously and with initiative. We're looking for a skilled facilities professional with 5+ years of experience, who has implemented and operated CMMS systems and has a high business acumen. A background in aeronautics or trades will be highly valued, but not required.
