We offer products from reputable and affordable brands, serving the Middle East market. Role Description We are seeking a responsible Demand & Supply Planner to join our India Office. You will play a crucial role for ensuring the effective and efficient planning of inventory levels, meeting and forecasting future customer demands for our products and service. This role involves coordinating between various departments, such as sales, production, and procurement, to create an accurate forecast and supply plan. Responsibilities: · Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts by analysing sales data, market trends, and customer insights. · Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to gather inputs and update the forecast based on new information. · Create and manage supply plans to ensure the timely availability of products. · Align production schedules with demand forecasts, working closely with the production and procurement teams. · Monitor inventory levels and coordinate inventory replenishments to meet customer demands without overstocking. · Optimize supply chain performance, balancing cost-efficiency and customer satisfaction. · Track and manage inventory levels to maintain optimal stock across all locations. · Identify and address any imbalances in supply and demand to avoid stockouts or excess inventory. · Work on strategies to reduce obsolete inventory and slow-moving stock. · Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and procurement teams to align on business goals and ensure smooth operations. · Prepare reports on forecast accuracy, inventory levels, demand variations, and supply performance metrics. · Use data-driven insights to recommend process improvements and cost-saving initiatives. · Identify potential risks in supply and demand fluctuations, creating mitigation strategies to ensure minimal impact on business operations. · Develop contingency plans for supply disruptions or unexpected demand surges. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in similar role. (preferably fashion retail & wholesale)
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Advance Excel.
  • Tech knowledge, such as Power BI, KPI and SAP, software tools.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
