HR Senior Manager (West, Performance & Governance, Perm)

Location: West Working Hours: Mon – Fri: 8.30am to 6pm Salary: Up to $8,500 per month Job Description: Data Analysis & Reporting: Prepare insightful reports on preliminary ratings and promotion recommendations that drive informed decision-making. System Support: Setup the system for the annual exercise and provide support to users on the system. Facilitate Engaging Sessions: Co-lead pre-moderation and main moderation sessions with Senior Management, fostering a culture of open dialogue and collaboration. Collaborate for Success: Partner with the Centre of Excellence and HR Business Partners to ensure timely submissions of performance appraisals, making a tangible impact on our organizational success. Undertake any other projects as assigned. Provide expert guidance on Conflict-of-Interest Declarations, ensuring transparency and completeness. Manage & support staff compliance with policies and assist in non-payroll HR audits. Communicate key policies and procedures effectively to all levels of staff, enhancing understanding and compliance. Undertake any other projects as assigned by the Head of Unit. Prepare staff listings and user access for surveys, ensuring high participation rates. Liaise with the vendor and Centre of Excellence to ensure tasks are completed on-time. Analyse survey results and craft compelling communication materials to address areas for improvement. Collaborate with departments to develop actionable intervention plans, presenting insights to the management team. Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university; a post-graduate qualification in HR Management is a plus! At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources; Experience in healthcare preferred with strong sense of systems. Experience in SAP SuccessFactors is a plus A positive attitude, independent, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to challenges.
