Are you passionate about ensuring seamless production operations and driving excellence in manufacturing? Join our team as a Production Supervisor and play a vital role in overseeing and optimizing our welding production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and update production process schedules
- Issue new production orders for succeeding production processes
- Determine and address production process delays as best as possible
- Receive and document finished production orders
- Submit report on current production orders pending in production
- Submit report on finished production orders received from production
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Proven work experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong communication and documentation skills, with attention to detail.
- Experience in welding processes is an advantage but not required.
- A dynamic and supportive work environment.
