- Proven experience in a hotel or resort environment in the UAE.
- Strong expertise in plumbing systems and pump troubleshooting.
- Experience in swimming pool maintenance and related equipment.

- Technical Proficiency in Multiple Disciplines
- Electrical Skills : Understanding of electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and electrical components, and the ability to diagnose and repair electrical faults.
- Mechanical Skills : Knowledge of mechanical systems such as pumps, motors, conveyor systems, and machinery, and the ability to perform mechanical repairs and maintenance.
- Plumbing : Familiarity with plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and sewage systems, and the ability to fix leaks, unclog pipes, or replace plumbing fixtures.
- HVAC Knowledge : Understanding of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining HVAC equipment.
- General Maintenance : The ability to perform a variety of routine maintenance tasks, such as fixing doors, windows, or minor construction work, and maintaining the structural integrity of buildings.
- Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting
- Diagnostic Abilities : The ability to quickly identify problems across various systems and determine the most efficient and cost-effective solutions.
