Stock Administrator

Are you a  Warehouse Operative or  Warehouse Administrator that enjoys investigating? Do you have some experience of Stock control and looking for a new challenge? Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting a full-time, permanent  Stock Administrator to join our team in  Trafford Park. This is a full-time, permanent position , working an average of 40 hours , Monday – Friday , covering the hours of 06:00 – 14:00 (flexibility is required). What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Supporting the stock and inventory functions on site to maintain effective stock control within a multi customer environment
• Supporting the admin function to maintain effective external communications and customer relationships
• Completion of all relating administration
• Liaising extensively with other departments and functions as instructed by Stock Manager, and Team Leaders
• Carrying out stock counts, quality checks of products and checking product codes
• Highlighting stock issues to management

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Excellent communication, both verbal and written
• An analytical approach, with a keen eye for detail
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and VMS
• Able to work at height due to elevation of racked locations of 12 meters
• Adhere to all GXO Health and Safety Policy
