Job Title: Planning Engineer (Male) Vacancy: 1 Vacancy Job Description:

  1. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
  2. Coordinate with project managers and team members to define project scope and objectives.
  3. Monitor project progress and update schedules accordingly.
  4. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  5. Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders.
  6. Assist in budgeting and resource allocation decisions.
  7. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  8. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and adherence to schedules.
  9. Analyze project data to identify trends and improve future project planning.
  10. Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  11. Use project management software to track and report project timelines.
  12. Develop contingency plans to address delays and disruptions.
  13. Review and approve project plans developed by subcontractors.
  14. Facilitate communication between different project teams.
  15. Collaborate in the development and preparation of design and planning programs, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
  16. Oversee and track project progress, implementing effective monitoring systems to ensure adherence to schedules and milestones.
  17. Prepare and present detailed reports and analyses on project advancements, highlighting achievements, obstacles, and potential solutions.
  18. Collaborate closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor to assist in contract preparation and support various tasks integral to project management and execution.
  19. Liaise effectively with multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaborative relationships, and ensuring alignment between planning, execution, and project objectives.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of GCC experience in project planning or management.
  3. Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  6. Experience in construction or engineering projects.
  7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  8. Knowledge of local and international construction standards.
  9. Strong understanding of project lifecycle and construction processes.
  10. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  11. Ability to analyze complex data and generate insights.
  12. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  13. Strong leadership and teamwork capabilities.
  14. Attention to detail and accuracy.
  15. Ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
  16. Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance in construction.
  17. Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum 5 years GCC experience required.
  • Current location can be GCC or India.
