Treasury Manager

Job Title: Treasury Manager Location: Manama, Bahrain Category: Banking sector This position is with one of our clients located in Bahrain looking to hire applicants who are local and presently residing in Bahrain. Job Details: Required Qualification & Skills:

• Masters degree required in Business Administration or Banking and Finance.
• Must have Series 7 certificate, Associate PRM, B.Sc. Mgt.
• Minimum Experience: 10+ years of overall experience in cash management, pension management, treasury, capital markets, and/or corporate finance in a corporate or banking environment.

• Manage all cash management functions including cash concentration, wires, and account funding. Ensure adequate liquidity for working capital needs and invest short-term excess cash.
• Manage inter-company cash, including inter-company lending, dividends, and capital injections.
• Forecast worldwide profit, expense, and income.
• Oversee cash management banking and financial institution relationships. Negotiate bank and service fees. Implement new bank technologies, products, and services to improve the cash cycle and simplify company operations.
• Support long-term capital markets activities, including public debt financing.
• Lead and manage a small, but global team, acknowledging responsibility for daily management of the company's Treasury Execution operations with hubs worldwide.
• Responsible for leading development and deployment of applications for Group Treasury at HQ; identifying areas of opportunity to integrate technologies in the organization.
• Monitor global cash balances and assist with coordinating inter-company cash movements.
• Assist with establishing treasury operations policies and procedures and work closely with subsidiary and regional management on compliance with standards and controls.
• Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures. Develop and monitor treasury operational policies. Manage compliance for Treasury operations.
