- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of startup incubation experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent project management abilities.
- Knowledge of startup funding and market trends.
- Comfortable with public speaking.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
- Proficiency in English; bilingual preferred.
