Responsibilities: Market Research and Analysis: Assist the marketing department in collecting industry information and competitor data. Participate in market research activities to understand consumer needs and market trends, providing valuable reference for brand decision-making. Product Learning and Presentation: Deeply learn about the brand’s jewelry products, including materials, craftsmanship, and designs. Assist in organizing product information and participate in product display and arrangement, ensuring the presentation is aesthetically pleasing and attracts customers. Customer Service and Communication: Assist the sales department in providing basic customer service. Understand customer needs and help address their questions, improving the shopping experience. Marketing and Content Creation: Participate in planning brand marketing activities and assist in writing promotional copy, social media content, etc. If possessing relevant skills, participate in scriptwriting, shooting, and editing to create promotional videos and product introduction videos, enhancing brand influence on social media. Daily Operations Support: Assist with daily brand operations, such as file organization, meeting minutes, event preparation, etc., ensuring smooth brand operations. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with various departments within the brand to understand their workflows and responsibilities, gaining cross-departmental collaboration experience and improving overall capabilities. Job Requirements: Education: Current student at a local Singaporean university. Majors: Open to all, with a preference for Marketing, Advertising, Media Studies, Visual Arts, Art Management, Graphic Design, Jewelry Design, or related fields. Basic Qualities: Strong interest in the jewelry industry and a certain understanding and appreciation of the brand's culture and products. Good communication skills to interact smoothly with team members, customers, and partners. Strong learning ability, able to quickly acquire new knowledge and skills. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to take internship tasks seriously and complete them on time. Bonus Points: Experience or skills in scriptwriting, photography, and video editing, and proficiency in related software (e.g., editing software, cameras, etc.). Creative thinking, offering fresh ideas and suggestions for brand marketing activities. Relevant industry internship experience will be considered a plus.
