Four Seasons Dubai at Jumeirah Beach includes five outlets options - from the beachfront Sea Fu restaurant to the rooftop Mercury Lounge, and it includes 237 Dubai luxury hotel rooms – including 49 suites – subtle Arabic design motifs blend with cool, contemporary style, featuring soft backgrounds of blue or green. Dubai is the second largest of the seven Emirates that make up the United Arab Emirates, Dubai is located on the southern shore of the Arabian Gulf. Has a Sub-tropical, arid climate.

6 months internship program

What you will do

To answer all incoming calls and chats from the outside and channel them as appropriate.
To reply to all guests’ inquiries for accommodation and restaurants availability.
To articulate the description of the hotel and explain the features to maximize finalizing the booking.
Coordinate all guests’ requirements pertaining to wake up calls, housekeeping orders, chat messages and maintenance requests.
Maintain the phones of the Resort at Jumeirah Beach and the Hotel at DIFC.
Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
To be always fully aware of Four Seasons standards and service culture.
Attend monthly Interns Meeting lead by the Learning & Development team.

What you bring

Enrolled in a Bachelor program in a reputable Hotel Management School or University.
Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in English. Additional language preferred (Arabic, Russian or European language).
