It oversees day to day operations within Qatar, undertaking or overseeing all financial due diligence to ensure the group's growth plans are managed from a financial perspective and profit targets are achieved within an acceptable level of risk. The department is responsible for the day to day financial operations of the business, providing support to all BU's within Ooredoo and ensuring the business has the financial services it requires in the execution of its business while protecting its interests.About the Role:This role is responsible for all the insurance activities of Ooredoo Qatar (except health insurance).About You:8 years' experience in a similar role.Experience in underwriting role & within the Qatar insurance market specifically.Experience dealing with multinational insurance brokers & with reinsurance placements.Experience dealing across all lines of insurance with an excellent understanding of Directors & Officers Liability Insurance, Professional Indemnity Insurance and Cyber Liability Insurance.Ability to read and interpret policy wording across all lines of insurance.Ability to draft insurance contract provisions.Experience presenting and effectively explaining insurance content to CXO level individuals.Ability to effectively communicate insurance-related information to colleagues with a non-insurance background.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Law or Business Administration or Commerce.Note: you will be required to attach the following:1.
