With a team of 4,000 CAREGivers enhancing the lives of ageing adults and their families in cities, towns, and villages all over the country.Who we're looking forHome Instead Ireland is looking for an ambitious General Manager to drive the business growth of Home Instead - Cork North Office with the following abilities:Work with the regional manager and your team to achieve monthly growth targets and development objectives.Lead a successful and effective team.Be very strong interpersonally and drive excellent client relationships.Be a dynamic, motivated, and driven individual focused on achieving targets.Drive improved performance of the office across a number of key performance measures.Have a good understanding of financial statements and IT.Ensure that all policies and procedures are implemented and followed at all times.Requirements3rd Level qualification in Business / Social Care / Healthcare preferable.Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to listen intently and effectively.Ability to establish collaborative working relationships, work independently, and meet deadlines.Ability to plan, organise, and prioritise daily, monthly, and yearly work.Ability to drive projects to completion.Skills Required: People Management, Sales/Business Development, Teamwork, Knowledge in CRM systems would be advantageous.
