O&M Performance Manager

• Supporting CMMS systems, plant monitoring, and outage planning for continuous improvement.
• Building strong relationships with O&M teams through regular site visits and meetings.
• Ensuring warranty period performance issues are effectively addressed.

• Degree/HND/HNC in Engineering (preferred) and a full UK driving licence.
• Senior management experience in Power Station O&M (ideally EfW).
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and commercial skills.
• Health and Safety qualifications (IOSH/NEBOSH) are advantageous.
