Job Description
To perform the required administrative activities to internal departments in alignment with predefined work objectives (as per agreed standard operating procedures).
Requirements
Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 Equivalent.
An Office Administration Certificate will be an advantage.
At least 3 years' experience in Procurement/ Administration in an Agricultural/ FMCG environment required.
Working knowledge of NAV will be a definite advantage.
Must be Computer literate (Microsoft Package).
A willingness to work overtime, shifts and weekends when required.
Duties and Responsibilities
Making sure all invoices are delivered to the Finance Department for payment.
Occasionally creating NAV purchase orders.
Capturing PPE Data.
Assisting with stock takes.
Posting and scanning invoices onto NAV for the following departments:
Quality Control.
Services Department.
Farm Services.
Creating Journals for the following items:
Protective Clothing.
Farm Services and related chemicals.
Farm Services duties:
Recon Farm Services medication and chemicals (NAV vs Excel).
Confirm growers' orders before issuing.
Verify price on NAV before booking out medication to growers.
Invoice customers on NAV (Farm Services) & Sales Orders.
Medication and Chemicals stock takes.
Scan proof of delivery to Share point.
Any other duties as may be required by management.
