Qualifications:
Amenable for Face to Face Interview
Amenable to working on-site
Amenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts)
Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
At least Highschool Graduate
18 years old and above
At least Conversant / Basic English
Strong active listening skills, patience, and empathy when dealing with customers.
Nice to have (Optional): Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer support environment.
