Senior Estimator
تفاصيل الوظيفة
- Minimum 8 years of experience with Interior Fit-out, MEP & Joinery in the UAE
- Minimum qualification - Bachelors in Civil Engineering
- Extensive knowledge of fit out & joinery procedure and processes.
- Read and interpret drawings and project contracts
- Prepare BOQs and quotations.
- Prepare tender submissions, assemble bids and proposals for various contract types.
- Responsible for providing complete quantity take-off, analysis, and estimate, and studies for all deliverables involved in the assigned scope of joinery, wooden and fit out works
- Liaise with procurement team regarding pricing from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Should be able to handle both pre and post contract work, review the scope of works along with contract terms and conditions, and to prepare bill of materials/quantity take off/variations/invoicing, cost management etc.
- Be able to suggest value engineered alternatives to clients when facing budget constraints during tendering process.
- Collaborate with other estimators and operations team.
- Visa will be provided
- 30 days holiday every year
- Air ticket AED 1400 for up and down every year
- Medical Insurance will be provided
