Technical Support Engineer [CNC Machines | Up to $4k Basic]

[Job ID:677554] Responsibilities: Perform repairs and maintenance on company equipment and machinery across the region, including shutdown maintenance at factories or chemical plants where equipment is installed. Install CNC machines, conduct job trials, and provide technical support and guidance to customers on machine operation and maintenance. Manage documentation such as service reports, machine registration, and record-keeping; support the sales team by assisting with sales targets and offering technical consultations to customers. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and dealers, and assist with any additional tasks as assigned. Requirements: Must-Have: At least 2 years of experience in service or maintenance in the machinery field with a strong engineering background. Proficiency in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, preferably with metal cutting machines (CNC and PLC systems). Strong hands-on skills in plant environments and ability to work independently on electrical and mechanical tasks. Willingness to travel overseas (primarily to Malaysia, Indonesia, and India) once or twice a month, based on client needs. Proficient in English (written and spoken) and able to explain technical concepts clearly to clients. Excellent communication skills. Advantage: Valid Class 3 driving license.
