Jewelery Merchandiser

In this role, the merchandiser will support each market through a balanced product assortment in online and offline channels, in line with the sales performance and the business strategy. Be proactive in merchandise allocation to maximize product availability in-store and online. Tasks and duties:

1. Define assortment (model stock) per store and SKU and regularly review the target model stock.
2. Propose monthly reorders and manage PO logs for accurate delivery dates.
3. Support the merchandising team with the effective allocation of stock across all stores (offline and online).
4. Make recommendations for any stock rebalancing between markets taking into consideration all TIBs.
5. Liaise with logistics, production, and quality control teams for deliveries (set priorities), replenishment, and shipments.
6. Support the franchises: Build and propose a model stock catalogue, monitor sales/stock, and make recommendations on stock replenishment.
7. Identify any shortage, overstock situation, and sales opportunities by preparing the Merchandising KPIs monthly.
8. Support pricing update projects with the Pricing and Control teams.
9. Liaising with IT to correct internal systems, ensuring data accuracy through all Mouawad platforms.
10. Support novelty launches in offline and online channels with accurate product specs.
11. Understanding Visual Merchandising concepts and providing inventory for micro-zoning.
12. Preparing reports and catalogues as required.
