About the role Reporting to the CEO, and as a key member of the Executive, you will develop and implement Enterprise-Wide People, Culture and Safety strategies, programs and initiatives that support Tas Water’s Vision and Values and allow the delivery of exceptional service to Tas Water’s customers. Your diverse portfolio includes oversight and enhancement of employee experience and the employee lifecycle; employee and industrial relations; health, safety and wellbeing; and learning, development and change management.
