we are looking for a road transport operator with 3 – 5 years experience within the cross border transport sector
- transport planning monitor and maintain visibility of all transports under control
- vehicle management
- customer service provide accurate and competitive quotations to customers
- documantation book and coordinate hauliers for international transport requirements
- compliance
- cost management negotiate transport rates when necessary
- administrative tasks prepare and process documantation related to transport operaions
- gandling queries,claims and conducting cost checks
REQUIREMENTS:
- proven customer service skills and ability to manage administrative tasks
- proficiency in microsoft excel and word
- experience in a freight cross boarder environment
- 3 to 5 years work experience
