• Be the Captain : Lead and inspire a team of talented photographers and communicate effectively with clients to produce stunningly candid wedding visuals.
• Capture the True Magic : Create breathtaking candid moments that speak a thousand words. Also, conceptualize and execute unique wedding shoots, blending creativity
• Client Collaboration : Work closely with couples to understand their vision and exceed their expectations, while respecting their privacy and preferences.
• Trendsetter : Stay updated with the latest wedding photography trends and bring more innovative ideas to the table.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure every frame meets our high standards of excellence. Also, be an expert in photo editing and post-processing, including color correction and balancing with delivering the final deliverables adhering to the deadlines.

• Experience : 1 to 3+ years as a candid photographer with an impressive portfolio of candid shots that showcase your artistry.
• Leadership : Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team of creatives. Also, ability to work independently and efficiently in high-pressure environments.
• Tech-Savvy : Mastery of professional photography equipment, true lighting techniques and editing softwares such as Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
• Storytelling Genius : A knack for narrating love stories through visuals with the knowledge of lighting, composition and framing techniques in natural settings.
• Adaptability : Quick on your feet and ready to capture spontaneous moments with ease. And flexible to work irregular hours, including weekends as required by the nature of the events.
• Personality : High energy, infectious enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude with amazing communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks as per priorities.
