We're seeking a dynamic professional to spearhead our vehicle fleet operations. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on management of our transportation service, overseeing everything from vehicle operations to team leadership and business development. Core Functions:
- Lead daily fleet logistics and coordinate premium vehicle dispatching.
- Direct driver recruitment, development, and performance excellence.
- Implement comprehensive vehicle care and safety protocols.
- Create revenue optimization strategies and profit enhancement initiatives.
- Maintain industry compliance and establish best practices.
- Execute financial planning and expenditure oversight.
- Cultivate partnerships with digital platforms and industry stakeholders.
- Track and analyze operational metrics for continuous improvement.
- Proven track record in transportation management with 8+ years of experience.
- Strong analytical capabilities and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Dedication to delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
- Completed training as a businessman for forwarding and logistics services preferred.
- Experience in scheduling or freight forwarding in general.
- Independent and systematic way of working.
- Confident use of MS Office/ERP System experience.
- Last Mile relative experience/knowledge.
- Team leadership and development.
- Financial management and business growth.
