You will oversee a team of skilled engineers, drive AI innovation , and ensure successful delivery of AI-powered solutions for clients. The role requires leadership in both strategic and operational aspects of AI projects, contributing to Bitsol's reputation as a trusted partner in HealthTech, EdTech , and other domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire the AI team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation .
• Strategic Contribution: Collaborate with senior management and clients to align AI solutions with business objectives and customer needs.
• Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through AI strategy discussions and maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Pre-Sales Support: Assist the business development team in presenting tailored AI solutions, providing effort estimations, and defining technical scopes for client projects.
• Delivery Oversight: Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of AI projects while addressing challenges and mitigating risks.
• Innovation: Drive exploration and adoption of emerging AI tools and techniques to maintain Bitsol's competitive edge.
• Communication: Bridge technical and non-technical teams to ensure seamless project execution and alignment.

Requirements

• Experience: 7-10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or related fields, with 4-5 years focused on AI/ML development and deployment.
• Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning , or related fields.
• AI Expertise: Proven hands-on experience with OpenAI, Google Cloud (GCP), Vertex AI, and Gemini , along with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch .
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in AI/ML models , natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and system architecture.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing AI-focused projects .
• Client Engagement: Strong background in client-facing roles , including providing recommendations, gathering requirements, and offering regular progress updates.
• Pre-Sales Experience: Expertise in crafting technical proposals, preparing estimations, and presenting AI solutions to clients.
• HealthTech/EdTech Experience: Familiarity with AI applications in HealthTech and EdTech is highly preferred.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Proven capability to address complex challenges with innovative and scalable solutions.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
