Project Manager (civil / Architecture)

Responsibilities:

1. Monitoring and supervision of the project's day-to-day activities.
2. Monitoring and supervision of Consultants' performance. Ensure timely issuance of information.
3. Monitoring & supervision of Contractors' performance in compliance with quality requirements, project schedule, and contractual specifications.
4. Assist with the liaison of the required regulatory/service providers for approvals.

Job Specification

1. Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture or related technical discipline from a recognized institution having valid membership of Pakistan Engineering Council.
2. Minimum 12 years working experience in a similar capacity. Experience in property development is an added advantage.
3. Computer literate, particularly in MS Office and MS Project; AutoCAD is an added advantage.
4. Good command of documentation, able to work as a team player, and strong project management skills.
5. Candidate must be broad-minded and adaptable.
