Our UK Based Online Printing company is looking for energetic candidates (male/female) to sell custom printable items (Boxes, stickers, Handbags) over the phone, through chat, and through emails. Responsibilities :

• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Generate sales leads
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, chat, or social media.
• Sell products and services

Requirements :

• Fluent in English
• Minimum Bachelor's with good communication skills
• Proven customer support experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively

Experience : At least 1-2 years of experience in the same field will be preferred. Timings : 1 PM to 10 PM, Monday to Saturday.
