- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, specifying deadlines, resource allocations, and scheduling to guarantee effective project fulfillment.
- Budgeting: Collaborate with the accounts team to create and manage project budgets, balancing cost-effectiveness with quality requirements.
- Project Monitoring: Assess project performance against defined parameters, delivering thorough updates on progress, accomplishments, and possible barriers.
- Site Management: Monitor project execution at the construction site, ensuring compliance with design specifications and applicable codes and standards.
- Schedule Compliance: Ensure project schedule and timelines are maintained for construction projects.
- Risk Management: Promote strong risk management techniques, recognizing, analyzing, and mitigating possible problems to ensure project success.
- Change Management: Establish effective change management procedures, adjusting project plans as necessary to account for changes in scope, objectives, or external influences.
- Resource Optimization: Optimize the allocation of resources for project teams, collaborating closely with HR to ensure efficient deployment of human and material resources.
- Risk Identification: Identify and assess risks under their management/ownership.
