Job Overview: Islamic Aid Pakistan is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Canva Graphic Designer - Innovative Storytelling Expert to lead the creation of visually compelling campaigns across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will excel in Canva Pro and have expertise in utilizing AI tools to produce high-quality, innovative designs that drive donor engagement and communicate the impact of our work. Key Responsibilities:

1. Visual Storytelling and Campaign Design:
   • Lead the design and execution of impactful campaigns, including:
   • Digital Campaigns: Social media graphics, email marketing visuals, and website content.
   • Print Collateral: Brochures, newsletters, annual reports, fundraising appeals, and promotional materials.
   • Develop visually cohesive campaigns that effectively communicate Islamic Aid's mission and objectives.
2. Canva Pro Expertise:
   • Utilize advanced Canva Pro features to create professional-grade designs efficiently.
   • Develop custom templates for recurring campaigns to ensure brand consistency and streamline design processes.
3. AI Integration in Content Creation:
   • Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, DALL·E, MidJourney) to generate innovative visuals and content.
   • Incorporate AI-driven insights to enhance storytelling and maximize audience engagement.
4. Visual Curation and Asset Selection:
   • Select and curate high-quality photos , videos , and illustrations that align with Islamic Aid's branding and messaging.
   • Ensure all assets are copyright-compliant and meet the highest standards of quality.
5. Collaboration and Campaign Conceptualization:
   • Work closely with internal teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
   • Provide tailored visual solutions for different platforms and audience demographics.
6. Brand Consistency and Quality Assurance:
   • Uphold and evolve Islamic Aid's visual identity across all content.
   • Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure all designs are accurate, error-free, and professional.
7. Trend Monitoring and Innovation:
   • Stay updated on the latest trends in design , AI tools , and humanitarian marketing to keep Islamic Aid's content innovative and impactful.
   • Experiment with new tools and techniques to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Canva Pro Expertise: Demonstrated experience in using Canva Pro to produce high-quality digital and print designs.
• AI Tools Proficiency: Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, DALL·E, or MidJourney for content creation and design enhancement.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory with significant experience).
• Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional work.
• Technical Mastery: Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Digital Marketing Acumen: Knowledge of platform-specific design requirements for social media, websites, and email campaigns.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for quality, accuracy, and consistency in all deliverables.
• Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results on time.

Benefits and Salary Range:

• Salary: PKR 150,000 to 250,000 per month (commensurate with qualifications and experience).
