Assistant Manager PMO And Sales
Eltek Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd, Pakistan
Bachelor or Masters Degree in Electrical, Electronics Technology or related field. Responsible for all projects planning, implementation monitoring and control & closure.Sales for the services for on-shore projects and business development on new accounts.
Providing end-user support and installing, documenting, maintaining and troubleshooting on all DC, AC systems.
Responsible for training on operations management to the regional team.
End to end project management for projects.
Project management and post operations of project and services.
Sales of product and services and targets for revenue.
Business development on new accounts for services.
Built up strong team/resources for the right job.
Manage small to medium sized projects according to agreed upon budgets and schedules.
Assist with technology planning through ongoing research.
Self-discipline, the ability to prioritize tasks, and a detail-oriented working style.
Ability to learn from experience and informal/formal instruction.
Ability to manage multiple projects, activities, and tasks simultaneously.
Job Specification
- Experience of handling mega projects- Extensive knowledge of project management tools and software.
- Sales knowledge and experience in sales and operation management.
- Demonstrated knowledge of DC AC power systems.
- Ability to manage team builds for different projects at the same time.
- Working knowledge of current communications devices and protocols.
- Ability to negotiate hardware/software service and technical support contracts with vendors.
- Resolving cross-functional issues at project level.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Willingness to share knowledge with team members, supervisors, and users.
- Ability to listen to users in a courteous and friendly manner, acknowledge the reality of their problems, translate their descriptions into technical terms, fix the problems, and explain the solutions in terms the users can understand.
- Managing project scope and change control and escalating issues where necessary.
- Liaison with, and updates progress to, project steering board/senior management.
- Team player and hands-on experience in project cost and schedule control.
