Develop business performance reports by keeping in mind the locked business targets, build insights based on monthly revenue trends and identify gaps. You will need to develop insights using analytical tools and create automated dashboards reflecting new techniques like Tableau and other visual tools. A better understanding of industry incentives and KPI measurement, along with a firm grip on policies and processes, is essential. The role reports directly to the Stream Head of Reporting & Analysis with an extended team of 2 members.
What Expert Reporting & Analysis Does?
Establish working relations with relevant stakeholders, e.g., Sales Channels, Operations teams, Marketing team, and other Jazz Business teams. Understand how the Channel Planning & Development team works with all stakeholders. Recommend ways, in consultation with team members and other stakeholders, to better support our teams by providing them with the required visibility. Understand all existing reports reflecting Sales, Revenue performance, and associated incentives of teams for all B2B products and related policies governing those reports. Some of the reports generated by this team include:- Build Dashboards via Tableau and other visual tools/techniques to create an efficient work environment.
- Support the development of performance management reports for all channels.
- Align visibility & performance reports as per targets locked with the channels.
- Calculation and management of nationwide Incentive and KPI reporting for all B2B Channels as policy.
- Support channels in collecting, analyzing, and reporting various data regarding overall and product-level revenues.
- End-to-end responsibility for Incentive/KPI/Promo calculation, visibility, and timely disbursement to the Payroll team.
- Answer business questions raised by stakeholders, including drivers for Users/Revenue, What-If, Cause-Effect, etc.
- Conduct monthly forums with channels to discuss performance & improvement areas.
- Share monthly/weekly actionable insights with management and stakeholders using different analysis methods.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who has excellent analytical skills, a strong command of MS Office/SQL/Tableau, and new techniques that help develop dashboards and extract data for conclusive analysis. The ideal candidate should have delivered on challenging tasks and taken end-to-end responsibility from data compilation to report delivery. Strong stakeholder management skills are also essential to manage business queries and build a combined view as per defined policies & procedures. Prior experience of 3 to 4 years in the telecom industry in a similar position, along with implementation of a Performance Management system/Portal, will be an added advantage. An ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Sciences/Statistics/Business.
